| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dvougeneračního rodinného domu v obci Razová. Záměrem návrhu bylo vytvořit rodinný dům, jenž svým vnitřním uspořádáním poskytne oběma rodinám dostatek intimity a současně pospolitosti. Dům je navržen v duchu místní vesnické zástavby s maximálním využitím vnitřního prostoru vzhledem k orientaci ke světovým stranám, ke svažitosti terénu i sousedním pozemkům. Tato práce se zabývá vyhotovením projektové dokumentace pro provedení této stavby. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The theses deals with a concept of a duplex family house in Razova. The aim of this concept is to design a family house which offers to both families enough privacy yet the feeling of the community. The design of the house follows the appearance of the local buildings, using the most of its interior in respect to the cardinal points, the steep land and the neighbour lands.
