| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá urbanisticko-architektonickými návrhy zástavby dané lokality rodinnými domy. Práce je vyhotovena ve dvou variantách a jedna z nich je řešena podrobněji. U vybrané varianty je řešena technická i dopravní infrastruktura, veřejné prostranství, mobiliář a propočet investičních nákladů. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout bydlení v poměrně klidné části města s předpokladem příjemného bydlení. | cs |
