Rodinný dům - dvojdomek v Bolaticích

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jak architektonickým návrhem, tak stavebním provedením rodinného dvojdomu umístěného na kraji obce Bolatice nedaleko Ostravy. Hloubka práce odpovídá dokumentaci pro provedení stavby. Stavba je funkčně rozdělena do dvou objektů, přičemž menší z obou se plánuje využít rodinou bez dětí. Větší z obou objektů je naopak navržen pro rodinu se dvěma dětmi. Stavba je dvoupodlažní nepodsklepená s plochou střechou. Celá jižní fasáda je otevřena do zahrady prosklenou stěnou. Dispozici vnitřních místností byla věnována pečlivá pozornost, a to nejenom z pohledu vzájemné návaznosti, ale také s ohledem na okolí stavby resp. světové strany. Stavba odpovídá technickým a především uživatelským standardům, požadavkům a normám.

The Bachelor thesis deals with both architectural and structural implementation of a semi-detached house situated in the periphery of a commune Bolatice not far from Ostrava. Profundity of this paper complies with the documentation for a structure implementation. The building is functionally split into two objects whereas the smaller one is to be used by a childless family. The larger object is on the other hand designed for a family with two children. The structure is two-storey cellarless with a flat roof. The whole southern facade is opened into a garden through a glassed-in wall. Thorough attention has been dedicated to the layout of an interior space, not only as to mutual linkage but also with regard to the surroundings resp. cardinal points. The structure complies with technical and above all user standards, demands and regulations.
