| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce, zpracována formou studie - investičního záměru, se zabývá revitalizací průmyslového areálu v Ostravě a jeho možným budoucím využitím.
Cílem práce je navrhnout stavební úpravy historických objektů a jejich okolí. Studie obsahuje architektonické a technické řešení, návrh parkovacích ploch a zeleně, napojení na technickou a dopravní infrastrukturu. Zhodnocení možné investice je provedeno pomocí SWOT analýzy.
Jedním z důležitých výsledků práce je propočet nákladů na realizaci projektu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The Bachelor Thesis, compailed as a study - investment intent, engages in revitalization of industrial area in Ostrava and in possible further improvement of this area.
The aim of this thesis is to project construction works of historic objects and of their surroundings. This study contains architectural and technical design, design of parking area and green vegetation, connection on traffic and technical infrastructure. Evaluation of the possible investment is represented via SWOT analysis.
One of the important study result is calculation of financial charges needed for project realization. | en |
