Revitalizace lokality ul. Riegrovy, Ostrava - Hrušov

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší a zpracovává návrh konverze lokality ul. Riegrovy z funkčního využití „Lehký průmysl“ na „Živnostenské území“. Návrh umožňuje spojení funkce bydlení s nerušící drobnou výrobou, službami a občanskou vybaveností. Studie je zpracována na základě urbanistických a územně technických podmínek území, zohledňuje okolní prostředí a obsahuje urbanistický návrh, řešení technické infrastruktury a řešení veřejných prostranství, včetně zeleně. Urbanistický návrh řešení území je vypracován ve dvou variantách, z nichž jedna je rozpracována a vyhotovena v rozsahu územní studie. Součástí práce je textová dokumentace, grafické řešení, propočet nákladů navrhovaného řešení a fotodokumentace.

Bachelor thesis addresses the design process and the conversion sites Rieger street from the functional use of "Light Industry" in "the Guild". The proposal allows the functions of living with a little disturbing production, services and amenities. The study is prepared on the basis of urban planning and land area of technical conditions, taking into account the surrounding environment, and includes urban design, technical solutions and infrastructure solutions for public spaces, including green. Urban design solutions area is developed in two versions, one of which is elaborated and executed in the territorial scope of the study. Part of this work is a text file, graphical solution, costing of the proposed solutions and photos.
