Návrh statické dopravy v lokalitě mezi ulicí Výškovickou a gymnáziem a Volgogradská v Ostravě Zábřehu

Abstract

Úkolem této Bakalářské práce je „Návrh statické dopravy v lokalitě mezi ulicí Výškovickou a gymnáziem Volgogradská v Ostravě Zábřehu“. Cílem práce je vyřešení problematiky statické dopravy, návrh dostatečného počtu odstavných a parkovacích stání. Práce obsahuje popis součastného stavu, jeho kladů ale zejména nedostatků daného území. Jeden z cílů, je napojení území na městskou hromadnou dopravu a vytvoření bezbariérového přístupu ze zastávek městské hromadné dopravy do území v návaznosti na vyhlášku č. 398/2009 Sb. o obecných technických požadavcích zabezpečujících bezbariérové užívaní staveb. Dalším úkolem je revitalizace okolí co znamená obnovení, nebo nově navržení komunikací pro motoristy a pěších, ploch pro odpočinek obyvatel a dále návrh objektů a zařízení pro trávení volného času detí a mládeže. Návrh řešení, zejména problém statické dopravy je proveden ve dvou variantách. V závěrečné části práce je provedený orientační propočet nákladů obou navrhovaných variant. Počet stran Bakalářské práce je 42.

The assignment of this Bachelor work is „The design of static traffic in the locality between Vyškovická street and the Volgogradská grammar school in Ostrava, Zábřeh“. The goal of this work is to solve the problem of static traffic, the design of a sufficient ammount of refuge and parking spots. The work consists of the description of the current state of the given locality, its pros and mainly its cons. One of the objectives was the connection of the area to the city mass transportation system and the creation of a barrier-free access to the mass transportation stops in the area according to the edict number 398/2009 concerning general technical requirements providing a barrier-free facility access. Another objective was the revitalization of the area, which means the renewal or new design of motorized or pedestrian communications, citizen resting areas and furthermore the design of new objects and facilities for children, where they could spend their free time. The solution-design, especially of the static traffic problem is realized in two variants. The final part of the work consists of a calculation of the expenses of both variants.
