Rodinná vila

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby pro zadanou část objektu rodinné vily. Pro tuto stavbu byl zvolen rovinný pozemek v zástavbě rodinných domů v okrajové části obce. Rodinná vila byla navržena pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Objekt je částečně podsklepený, se dvěma nadzemními podlažími a suterénem. V každém nadzemním podlaží je umístěna terasa. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno jako plochá střecha. Hmotu domu tvoří dva kvádry. Větší z nich je obytná část vily, která se prolíná s hmotou garáže. Na její pochozí střeše tím vzniká terasa. Obytná část domu má zaoblené rohy. Toto řešení vychází z konceptu kruhu, který symbolizuje rodinu.

The aim of my bachelor work is processing of project documentation for realization of engaged part of the family villa. This villa is situated on the in-plane lot in build-up area of family houses at the end of village Stachovice. The family villa is proposed for the family of four people. The object is partly cellarage and there are two overground floors and basement floor. There are platforms in each of the overground floor. The roof of the villa is design as flat roof. The building is formed by two ashlars. The bigger ashlar is living part of the villa. This part is penetrated with the smaller ashlar of garage. There is the terrace on the roof of the garage. Living part of the house is design qith rounded quoins. This solution of the shape results from a draft of circle, which is symbol of family.
