Návrh polyfunkčního domu v ulici Nádražní, Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zabývám návrhem nového řešení polyfunkčního domu. Jedná se o pozemek s parcelním číslem 796/1 na ulici Nádražní 43 v katastrálním území Moravská Ostrava. Polyfunkční dům navrhuji v dané proluce, která vznikla po demolici budovy s číslem popisným 607 a to v roce 2006. Rozsahem návrhu budovy je architektonicko-urbanistická studie vypracována variantně s detailním dopracováním jednoho řešení. Práce bude také obsahovat návrh odstavných míst pro služební auta, úpravy zeleně a rozmístění mobiliáře. V neposlední řadě půjde o zpracování rozpočtu nákladů navrhovaného řešení.

My bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of the solution to the multifunctional house. This object is situated on the parcel with number 796/1 on the Nádražní Street 43 in the Moravská Ostrava land register. I propose this multifunctional house in the given gap site, which was caused by the demolition of the building with the number 607 in 2006. In the range of my proposal there is also architectural-urban study based on the detailed refinishing of one solution. This thesis include the suggestion of car shoulders for company cars, treatment of greenery and the lay-out of mobiliary. Last but not least I will work up the cost budget of my suggested solution.
