Predikce spotřeby vsázky provozu pro výrobu výpalků z tlustých plechů

Abstract

Předmětem předkládané diplomové práce je Predikce spotřeby vsázky provozu pro výrobu výpalků z tlustých plechů, která byla provedena pro nákladové středisko Výpalky společnosti EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána společnost EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. a nákladové středisko Výpalky. Dále jsou v této části popsány metody prognózování časových řad a Box-Jenkinsova metodologie, pomocí které jsou vytvořeny jednotlivé predikce spotřeby vsázky. Praktická část této diplomové práce je zaměřena na zpracování průběhů časových řad, konstrukci modelu Box-Jenkinsovy metodologie a na predikci spotřeby vsázky pro jednotlivé časové řady. V závěru této praktické části jsou nastíněny možné problémy, které mohly ovlivnit predikci spotřeby vsázky a také jsou zde navrhnuty možné metody prognózování, které by byly pro realizaci této predikce vhodnější a přesnější. Diplomová práce je završena návrhem komplexního systému predikce spotřeby vsázky v nákladovém středisku Výpalky.

The subject matter of the thesis is the Charge Consumption Forecast in Operation Producing Heavy Plate Cut Shapes that was made for the cost centre Výpalky of EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. and the cost centre Výpalky. It further deals with the methods of time series forecasting as well as Box-Jenkins methodology, which is used for individual charge consumption forecasts. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the petting of the time series, the building of the Box-Jenkins model, and the forecasting of the charge consumption for individual time series. The conclusion of the practical part discusses potential problems that might influence the charge consumption and proposes the forecasting techniques that would be more suitable and accurate for such forecasting. The thesis is completed draft of a comprehensive system of prediction charge consumption in the cost centre Výpalky.
