Rozbor možností hodnocení dodavatelů

Abstract

Efektivitu nákupního procesu výrazným způsobem ovlivňuje silně turbulentní tržní prostředí, hyperkonkurence a v neposlední řadě také světová ekonomická krize. Důležitým faktorem je systém hodnocení dodavatelů. V průběhu realizace dodávek nebo v pravidelných intervalech je nezbytné shromažďovat a vyhodnocovat údaje o naplňování dohodnutých parametrů. Pravidelné hodnocení dodavatelů může pro firmu v dlouhodobém horizontu znamenat velký přínos. Práce se zabývá rozborem možností hodnocení dodavatelů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována metodám vícekriteriálního rozhodování v procesech výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů.

The purchasing process efficiency is significantly influenced by turbulent market environment, hyper-competition and, recently, by the world economic crisis as well. The supplier evaluation system represents an important factor. It is necessary to gather and evaluate data relevant to the fulfilment of the agreed parameters during the time the products are delivered or in periodic intervals. Periodic evaluation of the suppliers can provide a great benefit to the company in the long run. The Thesis is focused on the options of suppliers evaluation. Special attention is devoted to the methods of multi-criteria decision-making in processes dealing with the selection and evaluation of the suppliers.
