Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu příčin reklamací. Analyzovaná data jsou z období od 01/2009 do 01/2010. Dále jsou navrhnuty nápravná opatření pro eliminaci vzniku neshod vedoucích k vyhodnocovaným reklamacím. | cs |
