| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zánikem a zrušením právnických osob. Vzhledem k tomu, že okruh právnických osob v České republice je velice rozsáhlý, proto práce vymezuje pouze obchodní společnosti, družstva, některé neziskové organizace a státní podnik. Úvodní část práce specifikuje právnickou osobu a pojmy úzce s ní související. Navazující kapitola pojednává o právním prostředí právnických osob, které práce vymezuje. V další části bakalářská práce analyzuje způsoby zrušení právnických osob a v následující kapitole poukazuje na rozdílnosti ve zrušení právnických osob, kterými se práce zabývá. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor thesis deals with the disappearance and the abolition of legal persons. The work is defined only by commercial companies, cooperatives, nonprofit organizations and state enterprise as the range of legal entities in the Czech Republic is very large. Introductory part specifies the legal person and the close-relating terms. Next chapter discusses the legal environment of legal persons, which are defined by the work. In the next part the thesis analyzes the ways of the abolition of legal persons. In the following chapter the differences in the abolition of legal persons are highlighted. | en |
