Open source software pro správu geodat na obecních úřadech

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou geografického informačního systému pro malé obecní úřady, firmy, či organizace. Cílem je vytvořit nízko - nákladové řešení, které bude po technické stránce využívat svobodný software a pro obsluhu osoby stávajícího obsazení obecního úřadu, firmy či organizace. V projektu byly definovány úkoly, pro které obec geodata používá a požadavky, které na vytvářený systém má. Tyto požadavky pak byly základem při vývoji architektury celého systému. Z nabídky svobodného software byly pro systém vybrány nejvhodnější a nejlépe spolupracující programy. Popis instalace a konfigurace těchto programů byl proveden tak, aby je zvádla zopakovat i osoba se základními znalostmi o funkci počítače. Pro nejobtížnější část konfigurace byl v této práci napsán skript, který tento problém částečně řeší. Pro osoby, které budou systém obsluhovat, byla vytvořena metodika, která je seznámí se základními principy fungování GIS, naučí efektivně pracovat se systémem, editovat vrstvy i atributy a umožní jim tak plnou správu vytvořeného systému.

The thesis deals with the development of geographical information system, which is intended for small municipal offices, firms or organisations. The aim of the work is creation of low cost solution, which will use freeware (technical aspect) and staff of municipal offices, firms or organisations (personal aspect). The problems and requirements of municipality in the sphere of geodata and created system were defined. On the base of these requirements the architecture of whole system was developed. Optimal and best cooperative freeware programs for this system have been chosen. Instalation and configuration description of these programs was worked up simply. With help of this description the person with basic knowledge in PC functions is able to repeat the instalation and configuration of these programs. The work contains the script solving the most difficult part of configuration. Methodology for staff of orientation in GIS function principles, effective working with system, editation of labels and attributes was developed. The methodology enables them full administration of created system.
