Systém nemocenského pojištění v ČR

Abstract

Dne 1. ledna 2009 nabyl účinnosti zákon č. 187/ 2006 Sb., o nemocenském pojištění. Hlavním cílem této práce je zaměření se na porovnání současného systému nemocenského pojištění České republiky s předchozí právní úpravou. Součástí práce je posouzení nemocenského pojištění v souvislosti se změnami, jak v oblasti podmínek vzniku, trvání a zániku nemocenského pojištění, tak se změnami v oblasti nároku a výplaty jednotlivých dávek nemocenského pojištění. V závěru je práce zaměřena na porovnání výše výpočtu jednotlivých dávek nemocenského pojištění dle předchozí a současné právní úpravy. Motto změn v oblasti nemocenského pojištění: „ Ten, kdo nemůže pracovat z důvodu nemoci, těhotenství a mateřství, musí být přiměřeně a spravedlivěji zabezpečen. Ten kdo zneužívá dávky, to musí pocítit. Pečovat o své zdraví se vyplatí.“[10]

Since January 1, 2009 Act No 187/2006 Cod., on health insurance, has come into force. The main goal of this thesis is a focus on comparing of the present system of health insurance in the Czech Republic with previous enactment. A part of the thesis is the evaluation of healh insurance in connection with changes in the area of conditions of its emergence, continuation and expiry; and with changes in the area of claim for and payment of particular health insurance benefits. The end of the thesis is focused on comparison of calculation of particular health insurance benefits according to previous and existing enactments. The motto of the changes in the area of health insurance: „Everyone, who is not able to work on the ground of illness, pregnancy and parenthood, shall be reasonably and more rightly secured . Everyone, who misuses the benefits, shall feel the results. It pays off to care for your health.“
