E-government - modernizace veřejné správy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá e-governmentem jako nástrojem modernizace veřejné správy. Základním cílem e-governmentu je transformovat a zjednodušit procesy ve veřejné správě tak, aby využívaly moderní komunikační a informační technologie. Tyto technologie umožňují vytvořit zcela nové portfolio služeb veřejné správy, zjednodušující zásadním způsobem komunikaci občanů i firem s veřejnou správou i mezi subjekty veřejné správy navzájem. Úvodní kapitola této práce je zaměřena na popis e-governmentu a jeho funkce, následně je zde popsána současná situace vývoje e-governmentu v České republice. V další kapitole je provedena analýza implementace tohoto nástroje na Městském úřadě Kadaň. V závěru dochází ke zhodnocení budoucnosti e-governmentu v České republice.

This diploma work is concerned with using the e-government as a tool for the modernization of public service. The basic goal of the e-government is to transform and simplify the processes within public service through the utilization of the modern comunnication technologies. These technologies are able to create a totally new portfolio of functions for public service, which basically simplify the communication of the citizens and the companies within public service and also between the subjects of public service and one another. The opening chapter concentrates on the description of the e-government and its functions followed by the description of the current situation of the e-government which is taking place within the Czech republic. In the next chapter an analysation of the implementation of this tool on the municipality of Kadaň is made. Finally, in conclusion, the future of the e-government within the Czech republic is reviewed.
