Správa dokumentů v prostředí výrobního podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice správy dokumentů v prostředí výrobního podniku. V první části jsou rozebrány vhodné metody pro digitalizaci a ukládaní dokumentů, jak po softwarové tak hardwarové stránce. Dále jsou popsány důležité komponenty systému pro správu podnikového obsahu a doporučené vhodné formáty pro ukládání digitalizovaných dokumentů. Druhá část popisuje konkrétní implementaci systému pro správu podnikového obsahu, rozebírá problematiku popisu podnikových procesů pomocí standardů k tomu určených a realizaci workflow v rámci konkrétního systému pro správu dokumentů.

The Extended Essay deals with the problems of documents processing in the environment of a plant. The first part analyses methods suitable for the digitalization and saving the documents concerning software and hardware. Next it describes the important components of the system for the administration of an enterprise content, suitable formats recommended for the saving of the digitalized documents. The second part describes concrete implementation of the system for the administration of the enterprise content, it analyses the problems of description of the enterprise processes with the help of standards destined for this purpose and the workflow implementation within a concrete system for the administration of the documents.
