Elektronický podpis a poskytovatelé certifikačních služeb

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je směřována k objasnění problematiky elektronického podpisu a certifikačních autorit. Zabývá se vznikem tohoto soudobého fenoménu, rozebírá princip elektronického podpisu a seznámí čtenáře s technickou i legislativní stránku věci. Přiblíží použití elektronického podpisu v komunikaci se státní správou a dalšími jak fyzickými, tak právnickými osobami, porovnává poskytovatele certifikačních služeb především z hlediska produktů, služeb, jejich cen, informací, které poskytují a mnoha dalších aspektů, které jsou vždy uvedeny v přehledové tabulce. Je zde popsán způsob získání kvalifikovaného certifikátu a první kroky při jeho využití. Závěrečné zhodnocení a výhled do budoucnosti doplňují ucelený přehled o tomto tématu.

This thesis is focused on explication of electronic signature problems and certificatory authorities. It deals with the rise of this nowadays phenomenon, analyses the principle of electronic signature and makes readers acquainted with technologic and legislative aspect. It approaches the usage of electronic signature in communication with the State Administration and other physical or juristic persons, it compares providers of certificatory services in the light of products, services and their prices, information which they offer and of many other aspects, which are always noted in an overview table. There is described the way of obtaining the qualifying certificate and the first steps of its usage. The final estimation and the view of future complete the compact survey of this topic.
