Podnikání cizinců třetích zemí v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikáním cizinců třetích zemí na území České republiky, kdy jsem si stanovil za úkol vymezit negativní dopady podnikání cizinců třetích zemí a navrhnout případné řešení pro minimalizaci těchto negativních dopadů podnikatelské činnosti cizinců. V první části jsem velmi stručně přiblížil historii podnikání cizinců. Následně jsem vymezil právní rámec pro podnikání cizinců třetích zemí na území České republiky. V další části jsou vymezeny problémy podnikání cizinců, které spatřuji z pohledu vlastní činnosti i součinnosti s jinými orgány státní správy zabývající se problematikou podnikání cizinců. Následující část obsahuje mé návrhy na zmírnění či minimalizaci negativních dopadů a zneužívání podnikání cizinců. Závěrem jsem zhodnotil dopad podnikání cizinců v České republice s ohledem na ekonomiku České republiky.

My bachelor work is occupied with business of foreigners from the third countries in the Czech republic, where I to set target define negative impacts on business foreigners form the third countries and I proposition eventually resolution for minimization these negative impact entreprencurial activity this foreigners. In the first part I very recerp approached history business foreigners. Consecutively I define legal frame work for business foreigners from the third countries in the Czech republic. In another part there are define problems business foreigners, which I see from owns activity and from cooperation with another agency of state administration, which are occupied with problems business foreigners. Consecutive part contain my proposition for easing and minimization negative impacts and abuse of business foreigners. In the conelusion I appraise impact business foreigners in the Czech republic with regard to economy in the Czech republic.
