Abstract

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je strategická analýza a návrh strategie dalšího rozvoje podniku. V první části práce je definována teorie strategie z hlediska své tvorby strategickým managementem. V praktické části je zpracována podrobná strategická analýza konkrétního podniku a na jejím základě je pak navržena vhodná strategie dalšího rozvoje.

The subject of this thesis is a management theory and a strategy analysis of the following development of firm. The first chapter defines the analysis theory from the point of view of strategic management creation. In the practical part there processed a deep strategy analysis of the enterprise and on it´s basis there is demanded a relevant corporate strategy.
