Vliv restrukturalizace hornictví na nezaměstnanost a její další vývoj

Abstract

V předložené práci jsem se zabýval dopadem restrukturalizace hornictví na nezaměstnanost a její další vývoj. V první části se věnuji popisu situace na trhu práce od roku 1991. Následuje popis vývoje zaměstnanosti v hornictví od roku 1991. V další části potom posuzuji vliv restrukturalizace hornictví na zaměstnanost v letech 1991 až 2009. V poslední části jsem se zabýval možnými dopady dalšího útlumu těžby. V závěru práce shrnuji své poznatky ohledně vlivu restrukturalizace hornictví na nezaměstnanost v uplynulých letech a možné důsledky dalšího útlumu těžby.

I took an interest in mining restructuring impacts on unemployment and its further development in the submitted work. In the first part, I devoted myself to the description of the labor market situation since 1991. The description of unemployment development in the mining industry since 1991 follows. In another part, I evaluated the mining restructuring influence on employment in the period of the years 1991 to 2009. In the last part, I dealt with possible impacts of a further mining reduction. In conclusion of the work, I summarize my knowledge concerning the impact of mining restructuring on unemployment during last years and possible results of a further mining reduction.
