Zhodnocení operačního střediska a TCTV 112 Libereckého kraje

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na požadavky a úkoly operačního střediska a TCTV 112 v operačním a organizačním řízení. V úvodu této práce seznamuje s historií hasičského sboru v Liberci, popisuje vybavenost prvních ohlašoven požáru a operačních středisek a popisuje současný stav KOPIS a TCTV 112. Analyzuje problematiku psychické zátěže pracovníků operačního střediska, činnosti, vybavenosti a organizaci oddělení KOPIS HZS Libereckého kraje. V závěru této práce jsou návrhy možností technického i organizačního řešení stávajících nedostatků včetně možných variant vybudování nového KOPIS HZS LK.

Thesis is oriented on requirements and offices of Liberec region command centre and TCTV 112 in commanding and organizational procedure. In introduction do this work acquaint us with history of fire department in Liberec city, describes facilities of the first fire check-points and command centres and also describes the present state of both, KOPIS HZS and TCTV 112. Do analyse questions of psychical load of command centre workers, activities, facilities and organization of Liberec region KOPIS HZS department . In conclusion of this thesis are gift suggestions and possible technical and organizational resolution of present disadvantages and possible building versions of new KOPIS HZS LK.
