| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem řešení využití území v obci Ochodnica. Dle rozborů současného stavu, urbanistických a technických podmínek řeší diplomová práce začlenění navrhované zástavby bytových domů do okolního prostředí, dopravu, technickou infrastrukturu a zeleň. Stávající územní plán obce určuje lokalitu pro funkci bydlení. Součástí je také návrh objemové studie bytového domu, jeho technické a dispoziční řešení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis deals with design solutions to land use in the village Ochodnica. According to the analysis of the current state of urban and technical conditions thesis addresses the integration of the proposed building residential houses in the surrounding environment, transport, infrastructure and greenery. Existing local plan specifies the location for office accommodation. The volume is also a proposal for a study of apartment house, its layout and technical solutions. | en |
