Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat návrh nového objektu pro hromadné bydlení v kapacitním rozsahu osmnácti bytových jednotek s vytvořením parkovacích kapacit pro obyvatele domu na témže stavebním pozemku.

Při tvorbě návrhu do současného zastavěného území města Luhačovice je nutno respektovat skutečnost, že objekt se navrhuje do městské památkové zóny, v ochranném pásmu přírodních léčivých zdrojů II. stupně, ve vnitřním lázeňském území. Návrh značně komplikuje hustá síť vedení technické infrastruktury a neúnosnost podloží.

Diplomová práce nabízí základní propracovanou variantu řešení novostavby s vyhodnocením ekonomické náročnosti, analyzuje využitelnost území z pohledu současné zastavěnosti, popisuje funkční vazby návrhu a hodnotí vhodnost navrženého materiálově technického řešení. Hlavním účelem této práce je vypracování stavebně architektonického řešení dokumentace pro stavební povolení, dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb.
