Návrh technologického postupu stavebních prací domu s pečovatelskou službou

Abstract

Obsahem mé diplomové práce je zpracování projektu pro provedení stavby. Projekt sestává z výkresové a textové části, ve které je detailně popsán objekt. Jedná se o volně stojící objekt se třemi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. Půdorys DOMU S PEČOVATELSKOU SLUŽBOU je obdélníkového tvaru s odskoky v rozích. Dále v diplomové práci je zpracován detailní návrh zařízení staveniště, který obsahuje řešení zařízení staveniště a textovou část – řešení zásad organizace výstavby. Součástí diplomové práce je vypracování tepelně technického posouzení konstrukcí budovy, časový plán výstavby - harmonogram, rozpočet stavby a technologický postup provádění stropních konstrukcí. Vše je projektováno v souladu s platnými předpisy a zákony. Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh technologického postupu stavebních prací domu s pečovatelskou službou pro bydlení seniorů a také o prostory pro péči o ubytované.

The content of my thesis is the project for building construction. The project consists of drawing and the text in which the object is described. It is a freestanding building with three floors and one underground floor. Floor plan of nursing homes is a rectangular shape with offsets in the corners. Furthermore, the thesis is elaborated a detailed proposal for the construction site, which contains solutions to the construction site and text - the solution to organization. The thesis is to develop a technical assessment of the thermal structure of the building, the construction schedule - schedule, construction budget and technological process of implementation of ceiling construction. Everything is designed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The aim of this thesis is the design of technological progress of the construction work nursing home for elderly housing and facilities for the care of residents.
