Abstract

Diplomová práce: Návrh rekonstrukce dvougeneračního domu; svým tématem reaguje na současné potřeby společenské a stavební praxe, kdy v době suburbanizace opětovně roste význam venkovských sídelních útvarů a její zástavby. Současná venkovská zástavba tak bude v mnohých směrech adaptována na nové požadavky bydlení, přičemž bude limitována stávajícím architektonickým projevem, konstrukčním řešením starší výstavby a stále přísnějšími požadavky na energetickou úsporu. Stavební inženýr tak bude nucen řešit celou řadu dílčí úkonů, které mohou být v mnohých směrech funkčně provázány.

The Diploma work: The Project of the Duplex house; responsds to the present requirements of sociable and building practise when repeatedly increases importace of the rustic residential formations and her built-up area. The present rustic built-up area will be in many ways adapt to new demands of habitation, with it will be limit by current architectonic expression, constructional solution of older building and always strict requirements of energy saving. The building enginner that will be oblige to deal with all range partial operations which can be functionally relate in many ways.
