Technologie variantního provedení konstrukce střešního pláště - vyhodnocení variant z hlediska časové a finanční náročnosti

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení technologie variantního provedení konstrukce střešního pláště z hlediska časové a finanční náročnosti. V práci je porovnávána varianta provedení ploché střešní konstrukce s inverzním pořadím vrstev s variantou ploché jednoplášťové střešní konstrukce s klasickým pořadím střešních vrstev. Celá práce je úzce vázána na projekt bytového domu ve Staré Bělé, na němž budou porovnávané varianty aplikovány. Projektová dokumentace bytového domu pro provedení stavby je součástí diplomové práce dle platné legislativy a norem. Technologií výstavby se zabývá stavebně - technologický projekt, který obsahuje technologický předpis provádění střešního souvrství obou variant, zařízení staveniště a použité mechanismy.

Subject of this thesis is to evaluate the technology of the variant design roof deck construction in terms of time and financial cost. On this thesis is compared a design of flat roof with inverse order of the layers with design of classical flat roof. This works is closely attached to the residential building project in Stara Bela, which they options are compared. Project documentation of residential building construction is part of the thesis according to current legislation and standards. Technology is engaged in building construction - technological project, which includes the implementation of the technological specification of roof strata of the two variants, the construction schedule, site facilities and mechanisms used.
