Systém jakosti stavby Dálnice D47

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem procesu organizace stavby a řízení jakosti stavby/stavebního objektu v rámci oboru pozemních komunikací, popisem zabezpečení jakosti stavby D47 a hodnocením provedeného díla – Souhrnná závěrečná zpráva o hodnocení jakosti provedeného díla SO 209 Most na D47 v km 167,379 přes meliorační kanál. Téma a obsah diplomové práce navazuje na bakalářskou práci Hodnocení jakosti místní komunikace – připojení Polanecké ulice z r. 2009. V úvodu se práce zabývá implementací systému řízení jakosti. V další kapitole je uvedena politika zvyšování jakosti v oboru pozemních komunikací, stručný popis managementu jakosti a důvod pro certifikaci systému. Navazují proces organizace stavby, zásady řízení jakosti stavby, zajištění jakosti dokumentace stavby, zajištění jakosti realizace stavby, zásady hodnocení jakosti, popis metodiky systému a jednotlivé členění zpráv. Pro konkrétní představu o provádění hodnocení jakosti staveb je součástí diplomové práce Souhrnná závěrečná zpráva o hodnocení jakosti provedeného díla SO 209 Most na D47 v km 167,379 přes meliorační kanál. Závěrem práce hodnotí nejen zajištění jakosti stavby dálnice a hodnoceného objektu, ale i nutnost zavedení SMJ pro zajištění vysoké kvality díla.

Diploma thesis describes the process of building the organization and quality control of the construction in the field of roads, construction quality assurance description of D47 and evaluation work carried out - the final summary report on the evaluation of the quality of the work carried out by SO 209 Bridge on the D47 at the 167,379 km over the reclamation channel. The theme and content of the thesis builds on the bachelor work of rating the quality municipal roads - connecting Polanecká Street from 2009. At the beginning of the work deals with the implementation of quality management system. The next chapter contains policies for enhancing the quality of infrastructure, a brief description of the quality management and reason for system certification. Follow the process of organization building, principles of construction quality management, quality assurance and documentation of buildings, ensuring quality construction, the principles of quality assessment, description of the methodology and structure of individual messages. For a concrete idea of carrying out the quality of buildings is part of the thesis summary final report on the evaluation of the quality of the work carried out by SO 209 Bridge on the D47 at the 167,379 km over the reclamation channel. Finally, not only assesses the quality assurance highway construction and judged object, but also the need to establish quality management system to ensure high quality work.
