Investiční záměr přestavby areálu Junák v Bruntále

Abstract

Cílem práce je vytvořit investiční záměr přestavby areálu Junák v Bruntále. To zahrnuje předběžný výpočet nákladů spojených s rekonstrukcí a zhodnocení výhodnosti a nutnosti této investice. Součástí je i návrh vnitřní dispozice objektu, včetně bouracích prací, tak aby lépe vyhovoval současnému způsobu užívání stavby, včetně odůvodnění tohoto návrhu. Dále se práce zabývá výběrem vhodného zateplovacího systému pro obvodový plášť a střešní konstrukci. Celkové náklady na stavbu jsou odhadovány na 1 056 000 Kč. Návratnost investice je asi 13 let. Pro zvýšení příjmů je část objektu provozně oddělena a vyčleněna pro účely pronájmu například pro kancelářskou činnost.

The thesis deals with the selection of a suitable thermal insulation system for the external cladding and roof construction. Total construction costs are estimated at 1.056 million CZK.
