Část dokumentace předvýrobní přípravy k novostavbě bytového domu s mezonetovými byty

Abstract

Diplomová práce obsahuje vypracovanou výkresovou část, zařízení staveniště, finanční náročnost stavby a podrobný harmonogram s vyznačením kritické cesty pro předvýrobní přípravu k novostavbě bytového domu s mezonetovými byty. Výkresová část má textovou část, ve které je průvodní a technická zpráva, a výkresovou část, ve které jsou půdorysy jednotlivých podlaží, základů, výkopů a stropů, řez a pohledy. Zařízení staveniště taktéž obsahuje textovou část, tj. plán organizace výstavby, a výkresovou část, tj. výkres zařízení staveniště. V části finanční náročnost stavby je vypracován položkový rozpočet s výkazem výměr a kalkulace nákladů. Do hlavní textové části je vložen technologický předpis pro montáž dřevěných panelů.
