Likvidace výdušné jámy a větrní šachtice na Dole Dukla v OKD, a.s.

Abstract

V diplomové práci řeším technickou likvidaci výdušné jámy č. 3 a větrní šachtice na Dole Dukla v OKD, a. s., zdůrazňuji nebezpečí, vyplývající z nesprávně provedených postupů. V první části uvádím základní údaje o technické likvidaci a celkové technické řešení likvidace výdušné jámy č. 3 a větrní šachtice. Následně vyhodnocuji a uvádím přípravné práce provedené před zahájením zásypu jámy č. 3 a větrní šachtice a dále se zabývám bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci a stanovuji bezpečnostní opatření k zabezpečení průběhu likvidace svislého důlního díla jámy č. 3 a větrní šachtice. V další části se zaměřuji na ekonomické zhodnocení likvidace jámy č. 3 a větrní šachtice zpevněným a nezpevněným zásypovým materiálem. Dále uvádím analýzu ekonomické náočnosti procesu útlumu na Dole Dukla ve srovnání s projektovou dokumentací. V závěru uvádím z bezpečnostního hlediska rizika, která jsou vázána na použití nezpevněného zásypového materiálu při likvidaci hlavních důlních děl.

The thesis deals with a technical liquidation of upcast air shaft No. 3 and the air shaft at the Dukla Mine in OKD, a. s. Co., and emphasis is laid on dangers which could result from incorrectly performed procedures. The first section includes basic data on the technical disposal and general technical solution of the liquidation of upcast air shaft No. 3 and the air shaft. Then the preparatory works carried out before the beginning of the backfill of shaft No. 3 and the air shaft are presented and evaluated and safety measures necessary for the disposal of the vertical mine working of shaft No. 3 and the air shaft. The following section includes an economic assessment of liquidation of upcast air shaft No. 3 and the air shaft using consolidated and not consolidated backfilling materials. Then the economic requirements for the reduction at the Dukla Mine are analyzed in comparison with design documents. Safety risks associated with application of not consolidated backfilling material during the disposal of the main mining workings are specified at the conclusion of the thesis.
