Analýza nákladů a výnosů dopravní společnosti

Abstract

V předložené práci na téma „Analýza nákladů a výnosů vybrané společnosti“ je zpracován přehled používaných ukazatelů nákladů a výnosů vybrané firmy a jsou navrženy některé možné návrhy změn s cílem zvýšit zisk. Praktická část zahrnuje podrobný rozbor výše zmiňovaných ukazatelů a jejich následné zhodnocení. Jsou vyčísleny celkové náklady a výnosy za poslední 4 roky a na základě teoretických zkušeností navrhnuty změny a opatření, která jsou uvedena v poslední části práce. Celkové výsledky by měly pomoci k dosažení firemních cílů a snížení nákladů. Z provedených analýz a z vlastních zkušeností jsem navrhla zefektivnění ve formě investice, které má za cíl ukázat společnosti další alternativy zvýšení zisku a snížení nákladů. Také odhalit skryté nedostatky, které jsou písemně zaznamenány v tomto projektu.

In the presented thesis named ”Cost-benefit analysis of the selected company“ is prepared an overview of indicators of costs and benefits of the selected company and proposed measures to increase profits. The practical part includes a detailed analysis of these indicators and their subsequent evaluation. There are calculated the total costs and revenues over the last 4 years based on the theoretical knowledge, the proposed amendment and the actions that are listed in the last part of my thesis. The overall results should contribute to achieve corporate objectives, namely the increase of profits and costs reduction. Based on the analysis and my own experience, I have proposed an efficient way to invest and also tried to reveal hidden weaknesses that I have described in this thesis.
