Zavedení controllingu v podniku RPS a.s.

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracována metodika pro zavedení controllingu do podniku RPS Ostrava a.s. Teoretická část zahrnuje charakteristiku podniku RPS Ostrava a.s. a je provedena analýza dosavadního ekonomického řízení systému podniku. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část, ve které je uvedena metodika controllingu pro konkrétní rok 2009. Na základě této metodiky je interpretován dosažený výsledek pomocí grafického znázornění a jsou doporučeny kroky k budoucímu využití controllingu.

The work has been prepared by the methodology for introduction of Controlling in the Joint stock Company, RPS a.s. The theoretical part includes description of company, RPS a.s. and analyzed the current system of economic management company. The theoretical part is followed by a practical section, which outlines the methodology for controlling the particular year 2009. Based on this methodology is interpreted by the result obtained using the graphical representation and recommended steps to controlling future use.
