Efektivita provozu nákladní automobilové dopravy důlní společnosti

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je zmapování činností nákladní automobilové dopravy společnosti Sokolovská uhelná, právní nástupce, a.s. Její efektivita v rámci jednotlivých činností a vliv organizace a řízení jednotlivých přepravních operací na hlavní hospodářskou činnost společnosti. Zabývám se mj. definicí podnikání a převedením jejího smyslu na podmínky jedné organizační složky důlní společnosti. V praktické části práce se orientuji na tři základní činnosti nákladní automobilové přepravy v rámci společnosti s důrazem na zvolenou formu jejich organizace a efektivitu provozu. Společně s tím navrhuji doporučení na nejvhodnější úpravu přepravních operací a jejich organizaci s ohledem na dosažení maximální efektivity.

The theme of my thesis is the mapping the activities of truck transport of the company Sokolovská uhelná, právní nástupce, a.s., its effectiveness in the various activities and the impact of the organization and the management of transport operations on the main economic activity of the company. I deal with the definition of business and with the transfer of its meaning to the conditions of one branch of this mining company. In the practical part of my thesis I focus on three core activities of truck transport within the company with emphasis on the chosen form of their organization and the efficiency of operations. Together with this I suggest recommendations of possible best change of transport operations and their organization with regard to achieve the maximal efficiency.
