| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce popisuje dva základní módy na přístroji pro koagulaci, monopolární a bipolární mód. Cílem bylo vytvořit laboratorní úlohu, která bude sloužit pro vysokoškolské účely, a to na téma elektrokoagulace. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje základní principy koagulace v lékařství, použití elektrod a bezpečnostní opatření. Dále obsahuje návrh, realizaci, testování a zhodnocení dosažených výsledků laboratorní úlohy na přístroji Chiratom 400 pro elektrokoagulaci. | cs |
