Budič výkonového tranzistoru

Abstract

Hlavním námětem této bakalářské práce je popsat jednotlivé vlastnosti, které jsou kladeny na řídicí obvody neboli budiče výkonových tranzistorů. Budou uvedeny typické aplikace a reálná zapojení integrovaných budičů. Dále bude proveden návrh a samostatná realizace budiče obsahující modul firmy CONCEPT, a to DUAL SCALE Driver 2SD106AI a následné ověření funkce budiče, funkce ochrany a využití v praxi při spínání výkonového tranzistoru.

The main theme of this bachelor thesis is to describe the individual properties, which are placed on the exciter control circuits or power transistors.
