Vyhodnocení příčin vad odlitků ve slévárně pomocí statistických metod a expertního systému

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je Vyhodnocení příčin vad odlitků ve slévárně pomocí statistických metod a expertního systému. Cílem této práce je ukázka řešení vad u odlitku Skříň zadní, zda bylo nutno využít statistických metod, při hledání příčin těchto vad. V teoretické části se čtenáři mohou seznámit s celkovou zmetkovitostí ve slévárně Tafonco a.s., co nepodcenit při identifikaci vady a určování příčiny vady a s metodami, které mohou urychlit proces identifikace. V experimentální části je vlastní řešení vad odlitku, jak tyto vady byly řešeny ve slévárně Tafonco a.s. V závěru práce je posouzení, zda byly vady řešeny správně, jsou vyzdviženy klady i zápory a nápravná opatření jsou posouzena i z ekonomického hlediska.

The theme of this thesis is Evaluation of causes of casting defects at the foundry using statistical methods and expert system.The aim of this thesis is an sample of solution of casting The Kabinet back defects, whether it was necessary to use the statistical methods to find the causes of these defectsIn the theoretical part, readers can learn the total scrap in Tafonco inc. foundry , what not underestimate with the identification of defect and to determine the causes of defect and methods that can accelerate the identification process. In the experimental part you can see proper solution of casting defects, how those defects were solved in the Tafonco inc. foundry. In conclusion of the thesis there is the assessment whether the defects were dealt properly, the pros and cons are highlight and corrective measures are assessed in economic aspekt.
