Vliv doby tuhnutí na vlastnosti hmotných odlitků z tvárné litiny

Abstract

V práci je popsána teorie metalurgických procesů při výrobě tvárné litiny a technologie výroby masivního stojanu o surové hmotnosti 85 tun. Dále jsou vyhodnoceny mechanické vlastnosti a mikrostruktura v průřezu stěny odlitku.

This thesis describes the theory of metallurgical processes in ductile cast iron production and manufacturing technologies of heavy-duty frame of 85 ton raw weight. Furthermore, mechanical properties and microstructure in wall section of casting are evaluated.
