Aplikace metod technické diagnostiky na válcovací stolici

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím metod technické diagnostiky – především vibrodiagnostiky a jejího uplatnění pro predikci životnosti ložisek na válcovací stolici v Třineckých železárnách – Válcovna trub. Měření a analýza je prováděna pod vedením firmy SKF, a.s. První část rozebírá sledované zařízení, metody technické diagnostiky a druhy možné údržby. Je zde rovněž popsán současný stav, jeho problémy a stavy jeho řešení. Dále následuje samotné měření s následnou analýzou dat, jeho vyhodnocením a z toho plynoucí cíl diplomové práce, lokalizovat stavy poruch s možností prodloužení životnosti použitých ložisek.

This thesis deals with the use of technical diagnostics methods - Vibrodiagnostics and its application to bearing life prediction of rolling mill in Třinecké železárny – Válcovna trub. Measurement and analysis is carried out under the leadership of the company SKF, Inc. The first part discusses the tracking equipment, methods of technical diagnostics and maintenance can be types. There is also describes the current situation, its problems and conditions of its solution. And an independent measurement and subsequent data analysis, data evaluation and the resulting objective of the thesis states to locate faults with the possibility of extending the life of the bearings.
