Návrh základních parametrů kondenzátoru

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem základních parametrů kondenzátoru za parní turbínou TG4 instalovanou v Elektrárně Opatovice. V úvodu jsou nastíněna hlediska, která je nutno respektovat od prvopočátku samotného navrhování (investiční náklady, faktor znečištění). Na základě výpočtu tepelné energie obsažené v páře je navrženo zařízení o potřebné velikosti teplosměnné plochy. Řešení zahrnuje i celkové dispozice kondenzátoru s ohledem na provozní podmínky výše uvedené elektrárny. Součástí bakalářské práce je i problematika netěsností kondenzátoru, při nichž dochází k poklesu vakua a následně i ke snížení účinnosti turbíny.

Bachelor Thesis is dealing with proposal of condenser basic parameters connected to steam turbine installed in Power station Opatovice. In the introduction are outlined standpoints which we have to respect since the beginning (investment costs, pollution factor). Equipment with sufficient size of heat transfer surface was proposed on the basis of calculated energy included in steam. The solution also includes the overall layout of the condenser with respect to the operation conditions of the plant. Part of the Bachelor Thesis is the problem of leakages condenser which involve a decrease in vacuum and subsequently to reduce the efficiency of the turbine.
