Začátek práce je věnován seznámení se ze společností Poski.com a jejich produktovým portfoliem. Dále určuje teoretická východiska pro analýzu konkurenceschopnosti. Na základě teorie jsou metody analýz aplikovány na konkrétní produkty. Vyhodnocením analýz je následně posouzena konkurenceschopnost produktů a výsledek vymezuje oblasti pro zlepšení. | cs |

Beginning of this thesis is devoted to introducting the Poski.com company and their product portfolio. It also determines the theoretical basis for the analysis of competitiveness. The evaluation analysis is consequently followed by the assesement of competitiveness of the products and the outcome also outlines/identifies areas for improvement. | en |
