Pasportizace jezů pro zásahovou činnost JPO v okrese Šumperk

Abstract

Diplomová práce popisuje stavební konstrukce jezu. Dále jsou v práci popsány způsoby záchrany z vodního válce. Je provedena analýza rizik nebezpečných činností při záchranných prácích na jezech. V práci jsou dále popsány technické prostředky pro zásah na vodní hladině používané u jednotek PO. Zabývá se rozborem nebezpečných jezů v okrese Šumperk a navrhuje karty těchto nebezpečných jezů pro potřeby jednotek PO. Je provedeno zhodnocení vybavení technickými prostředky pro práci na vodě zasahujících jednotek PO. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení odborné přípravy dané problematiky.

This thesis describes the structural design of weir. The thesis also describes ways of saving water cylinder. It contains the risk analysis of hazardous activities in the rescue of weirs. This study describes the technical means to hit the water used by the PO Brigades. It deals with the analysis of dangerous weirs in the district Sumperk, and proposed the card needs to dangerous rapids units. It is an assessment with necessary technical equipment for work on the water hitting by the PO Brigades. The conclusion describes the evaluate training in this field.
