| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá nařízením č. 1272/2008 (CLP) a jeho požadavky kladenými na malé a střední podniky. V úvodu je popsán systém GHS a jednotlivé právní předpisy související s klasifikací, označováním a balením chemických látek a chemických směsí. Dále je podrobně popsáno samotné nařízení CLP a subjekty, které ho spravují a prosazují. Následuje rozbor podniků v Moravskoslezském kraji a návrh algoritmu pro zavádění nařízení CLP s popisem jednotlivých kroků. | cs |

The beginning describes a GHS system and particular laws related to classification, labelling and packaging chemical substances and chemical mixtures. Next part is detailed description of CLP regulation and those who administer and enforce it. Then follows an analysis of enterprises in the Moravian-Silesian Region and an algorithm proposal for the implementation of the CLP regulation with a description of each step. | en |
