Vyhledávání a záchrana osob na vodní hladině

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku záchranné jednotky, tzv. odřadu, kterou je možné nasadit pro vyhledávání a záchranu osob na vodní hladině zejména při povodních či dalších mimořádných událostech spojených s touto činností. Úvod práce se zabývá povodněmi v ČR, jejich charakteristikou a statistikou práce na vodě jednotek požární ochrany. V další části je popsán systém poskytování humanitární pomoci a vysílání odřadů v rámci ČR. V poslední části práce je navrhnuta koncepce odřadu pro vyhledávání a záchranu osob na vodní hladině pro podmínky České republiky, včetně struktury, nasazení a vybavení odřadu. Dále je zde diskutována možnost využití odřadu pro záchranné operace i mimo rámec České republiky.

The thesis tackles questions of the rescue force called TEAM. It is possible to apply this team for the water save and rescue especially in the course of floods or some other water works. The introduction deals with the floods in the Czech republic and statistics of the fire brigade water interventions. Next part deals with the administration of humanitarian aid framework. The last part projects the conception of the Water Save and Rescue Team for condition of the Czech republic and goes through its structure, stocking and equipment. Also discusses a possibility of legation the team abroad.
