Zajištění BOZP při výkonu veřejně prospěšných prací a veřejné služby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením současného stavu BOZP při výkonu veřejně prospěšných prací, veřejné služby a trestu obecně prospěšných prací a to na základě platné legislativy, konzultace s odborníky a zkušeností z praxe. Charakterizuje vztahy mezi subjekty a jejich povinnosti při výkonu jednotlivých prací. Uvádí stručný přehled právní úpravy BOZP a jakým způsobem je BOZP využívána při výkonu těchto prací. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou navržena nápravná opatření v oblasti BOZP při výkonu jednotlivých prací.

Bacelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of OSH in the execution of community service, public service and community work sentences on the basis of existing legislation, consultation with experts and experience from practice. There are described the relationship between subjects and their responsibilities in the performance of individual works. Gives a brief overview of OSH legislation and how it is used the area of OSH during execution of these works. Based on the findings are proposed remedies in the health and safety in the performance of individual works.
