Bydlení pro seniory - Lázně Bohdaneč

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh domova s pečovatelskou službou v Lázních Bohdaneč a s tím související vyřešení problematiky s navržením napojení inženýrských sítí, parkování, úprav okolí, odpadového hospodářství a mobiliáře. Na základě shromážděných poznatků o území a potřebách dané oblasti byl proveden rozbor současného stavu lokality. Bakalářská práce je vypracována v rozsahu architektonicko-urbanistické studie, jejíž textová a výkresová část respektuje základní požadavky vyhlášky č.503/2006 Sb. na obsah a rozsah dokumentace k žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby. Mým cílem bylo především vhodné skloubení účelnosti, funkčnosti a estetičnosti.

The subject of bachelor thesis was to design a nursing home in Spa Bohdanec and resolve issues associated with designing the connecting utilities, parking, editing environment, waste management and street furniture. By gathering evidence about the needs of the area has been analyzed the current state of the area. The bachelor thesis is developed in a range of architectural and urban studies, the text and tracing part are respecting the basic requirements of decree n.503/2006. the content and scope of the application dossier for a decision on the location of buildings. My aim was primarily to combine efficiency, functionality and esthetics.
