Hotel Klimkovice

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je návrh hotelu včetně restaurace v Klimkovicích. Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh stavby a zároveň provedení dokumentace jak technické, tak i architektonické. Záměrem je zpracovat objekt jednoduchý pro orientaci, tomu odpovídá jednoduchý tvar objektu i dispoziční řešení. Stavba zapadá svým vzhledem do krajinného rázu okolí Klimkovic. Objekt je situován na „ zelené louce“ nedaleko Sanatoria Klimkovice. Navrhovaným objektem je čtyř podlažní hotel, s dvěma patry ubytování, v přízemí restaurace se zázemím a vstupní halou. V podzemním patře je situováno technické zázemí a vinárna.

The topics of this work is design of hotel with a restaurant in Klimkovice. The goal of this bachelor thesis is create object and together making technological and architektural part of a documentation. The aims is make simple object for orientation, how at simple form of the object and layout solution for each part of the building. The hotel fit in to these nature of Klimkovice for her landscape charakter. The object is situation at „ green field“ not far from Sanatoria Klimkovice. The designed building have four storeyed, two storey for accomodation, on first floor with a restaurant with a background and a vestibule. At undergrounstorey is situation technological background and a wine restaurant.
