| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce řeší rekonstrukci samostatně stojícího, zděného rodinného domu, který byl postaven v roce 1961 v Ostravě – Staré Bělé. Jedná se o komplexní rekonstrukci, při níž bude provedeno kontaktní zateplení fasády, rekonstrukce střechy včetně jejího zateplení, výměna oken, oprava některých instalací, rekonstrukce koupelen a také budou provedeny dispoziční změny tak, aby dům vyhovoval současným standardům bydlení. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na snížení spotřeby energie. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This Bachelor thesis deals with reconstruction of the self-standing brick family house which was built in 1961 in Ostrava – Stará Bělá. It is a complex reconstruction involving a facade insulation, reconstruction of the roof including new insulation, replacing windows, fixing some installation, bathroom renovation and also some layout changes to the house meet current standards of living.
