Revitalizace panelového objektu T06B

Abstract

Bakalářská práce Revitalizace panelového objektu T06B se zabývá návrhem a popisem technologicky správného provedení vnějšího kontaktního zateplení.

Cílem práce je na základě výkresů stávajícího stavu a požadavků současně platných legislativních předpisů a norem zakreslit navrhované úpravy, navrhnout zateplení obvodového pláště, stropu suterénu tak, aby tyto konstrukce vyhovovaly současné platné legislativní úpravě a normám především z oblasti stavební fyziky a požární bezpečnosti. Součásti práce je technologický postup provedení vnějšího zateplení, položkový rozpočet a časový plán ve formě řádkového harmonogramu zateplení objektu a úprav s tím vzniklých. Vybrané konstrukční detaily byly ověřeny tepelně-technickým výpočtem.

This bachelor thesis, Revitalization of panel building, deals with the design and description of technically correct finishing of contact facade.

The aim of this work is to draw proposed adjustments, design insulation of cladding and ceiling of the basement based on drawings of the existing situation and the requirements of current applicable regulations and standards, so that these structures meet the current applicable legal regulations and standards especially in the field of building physics and fire safety. Part of the thesis is technological procedure of finishing of contact facade, itemized budget and timetable of building insulation and resulted modifications in a row form. Selected design details have been verified by heat-technical calculations.
