Zajištění BOZP při vertikální manipulaci s břemeny

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Jeřáby a zdvihací zařízení – zajištění BOZP při vertikální manipulaci s břemeny“ s popisem a nebezpečím při jeřábové dopravě a manipulaci s břemeny, posouzením bezpečnosti zařízení ve firmě v Ostravě a návrhem opatření s cílem snižování rizik. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány obecné podmínky jeřábové dopravy a manipulaci při zdvihání břemen, platná legislativa. Pro posouzení nebezpečí a zhodnocení rizika je v práci vybráno pracoviště opravy pojízdných mísičů „Veronik“ pro přepravu tekutého kovu, která se provádí za pomocí dvou jeřábů. Pro analýzu rizik je použita metoda, která se zaměřuje na činnosti prováděné při této operaci. V rámci práce je také zahrnuto jaké prostředky pro zavěšení břemen se používají. V závěru práce je provedeno porovnání stávající analýzy rizik s nově provedenou analýzou, a zda se nějak liší a navrhnutá opatření. Správné zhodnocení možnosti vzniku nebezpečných situací může zabránit vzniku škod, často nenahraditelných, a to je lidský život a zdraví.

The goal of the bachelor thesis is a description of hazards within a crane transport and a manipulation with loads, an assessment of health and safety of the technical devices in the company in Ostrava. The part of the work is also stipulation of the countermeasures with a goal of risk elimination. In a theoretical part there are discussed general conditions of the crane transport and the loads manipulation including the valid legislation. The main source of information for the work results from Czech national standards. The premise of torpedo car repair for a transportation of liquid metal is chosen for hazard identification and risk analysis. This manipulation is carried out by two cranes. There is used a method for the risk analysis which focuses on activities which are carried out within this operation. There is also included the usage of suspension equipments in the thesis. In the conclusion, a comparison of nowadays risk analysis with a new analysis is elaborated including the assessment of the proposed countermeasures. The suitable assessment of the hazardous situations creation possibility can prevent damages on human’s life and health which are irreplaceable.
