Typologická studie DPS Klimkovice

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování typologické studie stávající stavby „Domova pro seniory“ v Klimkovicích. Studie se zabývá posouzením stávajícího stavu budovy, uspořádáním vnitřní dispozice jednotlivých podlaží a plošnou velikostí pokojů klientů. Dále hodnotí technické vybavení, provozní uspořádání a prostorové potřeby personálu. V návrhu je studie řešena ve třech variantách, z nichž varianta „B“ je řešena podrobněji. Práce se zabývá vnitřními i vnějšími prostorami ve vztahu k účelu užití stavby, zhodnocením a novým řešením plošných parametrů jednotlivých místností a jejich vhodným využitím, zhodnocením a návrhem bezbariérového užívání stavby a jejího bezprostředního okolí v oblasti pohybové, sociální a psychologické.

The aim of the thesis is to develop a typological study of an existing building of a home for senior citizens in Klimkovice. The study deals with reviewing the present situation of the building, with the disposition of the interior layout of individual floors and with the area of the clients‘ rooms. It also assesses the technical equipment, operating disposition and spatial requirements of the staff. There are three versions of the study project, version “B” is designed in more detail. The thesis deals with an interior as well as with an exterior in connection with the function of the building, the evaluation and new arrangement of the floor area of individual rooms and the suitable use of these rooms, the assessment and the design of the barrier-free use of the building and its immediate neighborhood both in the motoric, social and psychological area.
